4. Changes & Delays
- Evighed reserves the right to make changes to itineraries or bookings in case of unforeseen events.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or force majeure.
5. Limitation of Liability
We act as an intermediary for various travel service providers. Evighed Solutions Pvt Ltd is
not responsible
for any injury, loss, or damage arising from third-party services.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian laws. All legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in
Palakkad, Kerala, India.
